Hi, I’m Carolyn.
I am a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist Associate, which means I take specific interest in relationships. I believe every problem is magnified when it feels like we are facing it alone. But when we feel supported - when we are in safe and loving relationships - all problems become manageable.
Therapy with me is rooted in building a safe, supportive relationship. I provide clarity every step of the way and collaborate with clients on their unique healing journey. I hope to connect through both heartfelt empathy and lighthearted humor.
